Sweet Teriyaki Steak Tacos with Corn Salsa

Teriyaki Marinade bottle


  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak
  • Ray’s Teriyaki Marinade
  • 2 cups corn
  • ½ of a red onion, diced
  • Fresh lime juice
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Olive oil


  1. Marinate the steak in Ray’s Teriyaki Marinade for 2 hours.
  2. On a heated grill, cook steak to desired temperature.
  3. To make corn salsa, combine corn, red onion, garlic, oil, cilantro and lime juice in a bowl and mix.
  4. Slice cooked steak into thin strips.
  5. Lightly grill corn tortillas and place steak strips on top.
  6. Spoon corn salsa over tacos.
  7. Garish with a lime wedge and cilantro.
