Sweet Teriyaki Steak Tacos with Corn Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak
- Ray’s Teriyaki Marinade
- 2 cups corn
- ½ of a red onion, diced
- Fresh lime juice
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 12 corn tortillas
- Cilantro, chopped
- Olive oil
Directions
- Marinate the steak in Ray’s Teriyaki Marinade for 2 hours.
- On a heated grill, cook steak to desired temperature.
- To make corn salsa, combine corn, red onion, garlic, oil, cilantro and lime juice in a bowl and mix.
- Slice cooked steak into thin strips.
- Lightly grill corn tortillas and place steak strips on top.
- Spoon corn salsa over tacos.
- Garish with a lime wedge and cilantro.
