Ray’s Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless salmon fillets
  • 2 cups Ray’s No Sugar Added Teriyaki Marinade
  • 3 green onion, chopped
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 F.
  2. Place salmon fillets to a mixing bowl and coat with Ray’s No Sugar Added Teriyaki Marinade. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Transfer salmon to baking sheet, setting marinade aside. Bake for 12-16 min or until salmon is flaky and cooked through.
  4. While salmon is baking, transfer the remaining marinade to a small saucepan and bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally until slightly thickened and remove from heat.
  5. Once salmon is out of the oven, brush with the remaining teriyaki sauce and top with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
  6. Serve with rice or rice substitute and vegetable of choice.
