Ray’s Honey Mustard Crusted Chicken

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups keto panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Ray’s No Sugar Added Honey Mustard Flavored Dipping Sauce
- Cauliflower, mashed, for serving
- Broccoli, for serving
- Prepare a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- Coat chicken in Ray’s No Sugar Added Honey Mustard Flavored Dipping Sauce.
- Spread breadcrumbs on a large plate and dip chicken breasts until fully covered. Place in the prepared skillet.
- Cook over medium heat until chicken is golden and no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes.
- Serve with cauliflower, broccoli and more sauce for dipping.
