Ray’s Honey Mustard Crusted Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups keto panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Ray’s No Sugar Added Honey Mustard Flavored Dipping Sauce
  • Cauliflower, mashed, for serving
  • Broccoli, for serving

Directions

  • Prepare a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  • Coat chicken in Ray’s No Sugar Added Honey Mustard Flavored Dipping Sauce.
  • Spread breadcrumbs on a large plate and dip chicken breasts until fully covered. Place in the prepared skillet.
  • Cook over medium heat until chicken is golden and no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes.
  • Serve with cauliflower, broccoli and more sauce for dipping.
