Ray’s Honey Mustard Crusted Chicken

Honey Mustard Flavored Dipping Sauce bottle

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups keto panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Ray’s No Sugar Added Honey Mustard Flavored Dipping Sauce
  • Cauliflower, mashed, for serving
  • Broccoli, for serving

Directions

  1. Prepare a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Coat chicken in Ray’s No Sugar Added Honey Mustard Flavored Dipping Sauce.
  3. Spread breadcrumbs on a large plate and dip chicken breasts until fully covered. Place in the prepared skillet.
  4. Cook over medium heat until chicken is golden and no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with cauliflower, broccoli and more sauce for dipping.
