1/2 cup Ray’s No Sugar Added Honey Mustard Flavored Dipping Sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Parsley, for garnish
Spinach, for serving
Cut the chicken breasts into 1- to 2-inch pieces.
Coat a skillet with cooking spray and cook the chicken over medium heat until the outside is golden brown and the largest pieces are no longer pink inside (7 to 10 minutes). Allow the chicken to cool slightly.
Once the chicken is cool enough to handle, roughly chop it into very small pieces. Combine chicken, celery, salt, garlic powder, Ray’s No Sugar Added Honey Mustard Flavored Dipping Sauce and mayonnaise into a large bowl and mix until everything is combined and coated. Serve immediately with parsley and spinach or refrigerate until ready to eat.
