Ray’s Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken Kabobs

Ray's No Sugar Added barbecue sauce bottle


  • 1 bottle of Ray’s No Sugar Added Honey Mustard Flavored Dipping Sauce (16 oz)
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast strips
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Cauliflower rice
  • Parsley, chopped


  • Thread chicken breast strips onto skewers, arrange in a 9×13 baking dish and slather with Ray’s No Sugar Added Honey Mustard Flavored Dipping Sauce. Cover and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, brushing additional sauce mixture over top after each rotation.
  • Prepare cauliflower rice and mix together with parsley.
  • Place skewers on top of a bed of cauliflower rice and brush again with sauce mixture.
  • Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and green onion for garnish.
