1 bottle of Ray’s No Sugar Added Honey Mustard Flavored Dipping Sauce (16 oz)
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast strips
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Green onions, chopped
Cauliflower rice
Parsley, chopped
Directions
Thread chicken breast strips onto skewers, arrange in a 9x13 baking dish and slather with Ray’s No Sugar Added Honey Mustard Flavored Dipping Sauce. Cover and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, brushing additional sauce mixture over top after each rotation.
Prepare cauliflower rice and mix together with parsley.
Place skewers on top of a bed of cauliflower rice and brush again with sauce mixture.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and green onion for garnish.
