Ray's Chicken Teriyaki Bowl

Teriyaki Marinade bottle


  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped and steamed
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice, cooked
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1 cup Ray's No Sugar Added Teriyaki Marinade


  1. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken and cook for about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked. Add Ray's No Sugar Added Teriyaki Marinade and stir to coat. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. Divide cauliflower rice, chicken, pepper, carrots and broccoli 4 bowls.
  3. Top with sesame seeds, green onion and Teriyaki Marinade.
