Ray’s Beer Can BBQ Burgers

Hickory Barbecue Sauce bottle

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar, shredded
  • 4 slices bacon, crumbled
  • Ray’s No Sugar Added Hickory Barbecue Sauce, for topping

Directions

  1. Heat grill to medium.
  2. Roll ground beef into 1/2-pound balls then press a can of your favorite beer in the middle, forming a bowl. Add cheddar, bacon and jalapenos into the bowl.
  3. Grill on indirect heat for 30-45 minutes until cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Top with Ray’s No Sugar Added Hickory Barbecue Sauce, serve and enjoy.
