Directions
Heat grill to medium.
Roll ground beef into 1/2-pound balls then press a can of your favorite beer in the middle, forming a bowl. Add cheddar, bacon and jalapenos into the bowl.
Grill on indirect heat for 30-45 minutes until cooked to desired doneness.
