Ray’s Bacon Cheeseburger Skillet

Ray's No Sugar Added barbecue sauce bottle

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Ray’s No Sugar Added Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce (18.5 oz)
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ¼ cup white onion, diced
  • 1 ½ cup cheddar, shredded
  • 1 can chopped tomato
  • ¼ cup pickle chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Lay bacon strips on a baking sheet with a rack and brush with Ray’s No Sugar Added Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce.
  • Cook for 18-20 minutes or until desired level of crispiness.
  • Add ground beef and onion into the skillet and cook over medium-high heat until ground beef is browned. Once cooked, pour Ray’s No Sugar Added Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce over top of the mixture and stir to combine.
  • Remove bacon from the oven and crumble into skillet.
  • Add cheddar and cook skillet in oven until melted.
  • Remove from oven and top with white onion, tomato, pickle chips and additional cheddar, then finish with a drizzle of Ray’s No Sugar Added Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce.
