1 bottle of Ray’s No Sugar Added Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce (18.5 oz)
8 slices of bacon
1 pound ground beef
¼ cup white onion, diced
1 ½ cup cheddar, shredded
1 can chopped tomato
¼ cup pickle chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Lay bacon strips on a baking sheet with a rack and brush with Ray’s No Sugar Added Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce.
Cook for 18-20 minutes or until desired level of crispiness.
Add ground beef and onion into the skillet and cook over medium-high heat until ground beef is browned. Once cooked, pour Ray’s No Sugar Added Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce over top of the mixture and stir to combine.
Remove bacon from the oven and crumble into skillet.
Add cheddar and cook skillet in oven until melted.
Remove from oven and top with white onion, tomato, pickle chips and additional cheddar, then finish with a drizzle of Ray’s No Sugar Added Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce.
