Honey Mustard Shrimp and Veggie Power Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice, cooked
  • 1 cup kale, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup radish, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Ray’s No Sugar Added Honey Mustard Flavored Dipping Sauce

Directions

  • Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • Divide cauliflower rice, shrimp, and kale between 4 bowls and toss with Ray’s No Sugar Added Honey Mustard Flavored Dipping Sauce.
  • Top with cucumber, avocado and radish.
