Hawaiian Barbecue Shrimp

Ray's No Sugar Added barbecue sauce bottles

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 bottle 18.5-oz. Ray’s No Sugar Added Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

Directions

  1. Mix Ray’s No Sugar Added Original Barbecue Sauce and pineapple chunks in a bowl.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté shrimp in butter until just turning pink.
  3. Add sauce mixture and bring to slow simmer.
  4. Serve.
