1 cup Ray’s No Sugar Added Barbecue Sauce (Original or Hickory)
2 cups pulled pork, prepared from recipe or purchased, no sauce
4 keto-friendly slider buns, or replace with 8 pieces of Boston bibb or iceberg lettuce for cups
6 oz. aged cheddar, white or yellow, sliced and cut into 4 small pieces
Using a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix ¼ cup Ray’s No Sugar Added Barbecue Sauce with the pulled pork. Add more sauce to your liking, keeping additional sauce to spread on the keto-friendly bun/lettuce cups or drizzle over the pork once cooked.
Using either a medium pot or pan (preferably nonstick), covered microwavable container or a covered oven-ready dish, reheat the pulled pork to an internal temperature of 165 F.
Once cooked, place ¼ cup of pulled pork on the bottom bun.
Next, top the pork with 2 slices of cheese, followed by the top bun.
