BBQ Kielbasa Jalapeno Popper Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8-12 oz. kielbasa, cut into 1-inch rounds
  • ½ cup Ray’s No Sugar Added Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce
  • 5 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups cheddar, shredded
  • 2 jalapenos, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Coat cast-iron skillet with olive oil and warm over medium heat. Add kielbasa and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Add Ray’s No Sugar Added Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce and mix to coat.
  2. Spread cream cheese across the bottom of a different cast-iron skillet. Top with cheddar, kielbasa and jalapenos.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
  4. Garnish with green onion.
