BBQ Hasselback Chicken

Ray's No Sugar Added barbecue sauce bottle

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • ½ cup cheddar
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • Bacon, cooked
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 cup Ray’s No Sugar Added Original Barbecue Sauce
  • Jalapenos for garnish

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cheddar, cream cheese, bacon, red onion and Ray’s No Sugar Added Original Barbecue Sauce.
  2. Top chicken with mixture.
  3. Drizzle with another dash of Ray’s No Sugar Added Original Barbecue Sauce.
  4. Bake chicken at 425 F for 18 minutes or until minimum internal temperature of 165 F is reached.
  5. To serve, remove chicken from oven and top with jalapenos as garnish.
