Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 4 teaspoons finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon each ground cumin, oregano and chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt, pepper and garlic powder
  • 12 jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 4 ounces aged Cheddar cheese, cut into 12 lengths
  • 6 slices bacon, halved crosswise
  • 1 cup Ray’s No Sugar Added Original Barbecue Sauce

Directions

  1. Mash together goat cheese, chives, cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spread each of 6 jalapeño halves with 2 teaspoons goat cheese mixture. Top with piece of Cheddar. Cap with remaining jalapeño halves. Wrap each piece with bacon and secure with toothpick.
  2. Preheat air-fryer according to manufacturer’s instructions. Place poppers, in 2 batches, in air-fryer basket. Air Fry at 350°F, turning basket halfway during the cook time, for 12 to 15 minutes, or until bacon is crispy, cheese is melted and jalapeños are tender.
  3. Serve with Ray’s No Sugar Added Original Barbecue Sauce for dipping.
