1 bottle of 18.5-oz. Ray’s No Sugar Added Sweet & Smoky Barbecue Sauce
Four 8-oz. beef tenderloin fillets
Butter
(This recipe can be made using any good cut of meat or chicken or pork loin).
Directions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, sauté onions and peppers in butter until soft. Add bourbon and Ray’s No Sugar Added Sweet & Smoky Barbecue Sauce and simmer 2-3 minutes.
Place fillets of beef in small shallow pan, add bourbon barbecue sauce and marinate in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Remove fillets from container and heat
Pour bourbon barbecue sauce in small saucepan and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Place beef on grill and baste with sauce as they cook to desired doneness.
