BBQ Hasselback Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- ½ cup cheddar
- 1 block cream cheese
- Bacon, cooked
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 cup Ray’s No Sugar Added Original Barbecue Sauce
- Jalapenos for garnish
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix cheddar, cream cheese, bacon, red onion and Ray’s No Sugar Added Original Barbecue Sauce.
- Top chicken with mixture.
- Drizzle with another dash of Ray’s No Sugar Added Original Barbecue Sauce.
- Bake chicken at 425 F for 18 minutes or until minimum internal temperature of 165 F is reached.
- To serve, remove chicken from oven and top with jalapenos as garnish.
